# Campaigns

> Run outbound AI call campaigns to follow up with leads, request reviews, or promote offers.

## What Are Campaigns?

Campaigns let your AI receptionist make outbound calls to a list of contacts automatically. Instead of you picking up the phone to chase leads or ask for reviews, your AI does it for you.

Common uses:

* **Appointment reminders** — reduce no-shows
* **Review requests** — ask happy customers to leave a Google review
* **Special offers** — let past customers know about a promotion
* **Lead follow-ups** — call back leads who enquired but did not book

<Info>
  Outbound campaign calls use your included plan minutes, just like inbound calls.

</Steps>

## Launching a Campaign

From the Campaigns page, find your draft campaign and click **Launch**. Your AI will start calling contacts at the scheduled time.

<Warning>
  Once launched, calls will begin at the scheduled time and cannot be undone for contacts already called. You can cancel remaining calls at any time.
</Warning>

## Tracking Results

Each campaign shows:

* **Total contacts** — how many people are in the campaign
* **Completed** — calls that connected and finished
* **No answer** — calls that went to voicemail or were not picked up
* **Pending** — calls that have not been made yet

Click into any campaign to see per-contact results, including call duration and outcome.

## Cancelling a Campaign

Click into the campaign and press **Cancel Campaign**. This stops all remaining calls that have not been made yet. Calls already completed are not affected.

<Tip>
  Start with a small test campaign (5-10 contacts) before running a large one. This lets you check the AI sounds right for outbound calls.
</Tip>

## Limits

* Campaigns only call during your business hours
* Maximum **5 outbound calls per day** per contact (across all campaigns)
* Outbound calls count toward your plan's included minutes
