As an agency, you pay a flat monthly subscription to access the white-label platform. You bill your own clients directly — outside our platform — using your own invoicing, Stripe, or any payment method you prefer. We handle the AI infrastructure. You handle client relationships and payments.

How to Subscribe

Go to Agency Settings

Navigate to Agency Settings > Billing in the sidebar.

Choose your plan

Select Starter, Growth, or Enterprise based on how many clients you need.

Enter payment details

Complete the secure Stripe checkout. Your subscription starts immediately.

Upgrading or Downgrading

Click Change Plan on your billing page to switch tiers. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing — you are only charged or credited for the remaining days in your billing cycle. Your client data carries over when you change plans. No migration needed.

Billing Your Clients

You handle client payments yourself. We do not process, manage, or take a cut of payments between you and your clients.
  • Set your own pricing — charge monthly retainers, per-minute rates, or flat fees
  • Send your own invoices — use your existing invoicing tool, Stripe, QuickBooks, or anything else
  • Keep 100% of client payments — there are no platform fees on what you charge clients
This gives you full control over your margins and client relationships.

Revenue Dashboard

Navigate to Agency Portal > Analytics to see your agency metrics:
  • Active clients — how many client accounts are live
  • Total calls — calls handled across all clients
  • Total leads — leads captured across all clients
  • Total appointments — bookings made by all client AIs
Click Download CSV to export client data for your own reporting.
