What the AI Says
Your AI uses the context of why it is calling:- Lead follow-up: “Hi, I’m calling from [Business Name]. You enquired about [service] recently and I wanted to check if you’d like to go ahead and book.”
- Quote follow-up: “Hi, I’m calling from [Business Name]. We sent you a quote for [service] and I wanted to see if you had any questions.”
- Satisfaction check: “Hi, I’m calling from [Business Name]. You had an appointment with us recently and I just wanted to check everything went well.”
