Your My Business page is the foundation of your AI receptionist. Every piece of information here is used by the AI to answer customer questions accurately. The more you fill in, the smarter your AI becomes. To get here, click My Business in the left sidebar.

Business Details

Business Name

The name your AI uses when answering calls (“Thanks for calling Smith Plumbing, how can I help?”). Type your business name exactly as you want it spoken aloud.

Website

Your business website URL (e.g. https://www.smithplumbing.co.uk). This is used for:
  • The initial AI setup (we scan your website to pre-fill services, hours, and FAQs)
  • The Re-scan Website button (more on that below)

Description

A free-text area where you describe your business in your own words. Write 2-4 sentences about what you do, who you serve, and what makes you different. The AI uses this as context when speaking to callers. Example: “Smith Plumbing is a family-run plumbing company based in Manchester. We handle everything from leaky taps to full bathroom refits. We’ve been trading for 15 years and all our plumbers are Gas Safe registered.”

Services

A tag input field where you list every service you offer.
1

Type a service name

Click into the field and type a service (e.g. “Boiler Repair”).
2

Press Enter to add

The service appears as a tag/chip in the field.
3

Add as many as you need

Keep typing and pressing Enter. Common examples: “Emergency Callout”, “Bathroom Installation”, “Drain Unblocking”, “Annual Boiler Service”.
4

Remove a service

Click the X on any tag to remove it.
Be specific. Instead of “Plumbing”, add “Boiler Repair”, “Leak Repair”, “Bathroom Fitting”, “Drain Unblocking” separately. This helps the AI answer questions like “Do you fix boilers?” with confidence.

Qualifications and Certifications

Another tag input field. Add any professional qualifications, certifications, or accreditations your business holds. Examples: “Gas Safe Registered”, “NICEIC Approved”, “City & Guilds Level 3”, “Which? Trusted Trader”, “Checkatrade Verified”, “FGAS Certified”. The AI will mention these when callers ask “Are you qualified?” or “Are you registered?”

Business Hours

A 7-day grid showing your opening hours for each day of the week (Monday through Sunday).
1

Toggle each day

Each day has an on/off toggle on the left. Turn it on for days you are open, off for days you are closed.
2

Set start and end times

For each active day, use the two time pickers to set your opening time and closing time. Click the time field and select from the dropdown, or type directly (e.g. “09:00” and “17:30”).
3

Open 24/7 toggle

If your business operates around the clock, toggle on Open 24/7 at the top of the hours section. This overrides all individual day settings and tells the AI you are always available.
These hours are used by the AI when answering “What time do you open?” and when checking availability for bookings (if no calendar is connected). Keep them accurate.

Pricing

Add your service pricing so the AI can give callers accurate price information.
1

Click Add Pricing

A new pricing row appears.
2

Enter the service name

Type the name of the service (e.g. “Boiler Service”).
3

Choose pricing type

Select from the dropdown:
  • Fixed — A set price (e.g. “80”)
  • Starting From — A minimum price (e.g. “From 80”)
  • Hourly — An hourly rate (e.g. “60/hour”)
  • Free — No charge (e.g. for initial consultations)
  • Quote Required — The AI will tell callers “Pricing depends on the job, we’ll provide a quote”
4

Enter the amount

Type the price number. For “Quote Required” and “Free”, this field is not shown.
5

Select currency

Choose GBP or USD from the currency dropdown.
6

Add more rows or remove

Click Add Pricing again for additional services. Click the trash icon on any row to remove it.
Even if your pricing varies, adding rough figures helps. “Starting From 60” is better than nothing — the AI can say “Our callout charge starts from 60 pounds, but the exact price depends on the job.”

Payment Methods

A tag input field listing how customers can pay you. Type each method and press Enter. Common options: Cash, Card, Bank Transfer, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cheque, Finance Available. The AI uses this when callers ask “Do you take card?” or “Can I pay by bank transfer?”

Delivery Mode

A dropdown with three options:
  • In-Person — You go to the customer or they come to you (most tradespeople, salons, dental practices)
  • Remote — You work remotely (consultants, IT support)
  • Both — You offer both in-person and remote services

Individual input fields for each platform. Enter the full URL to your profile page.

Social media links are optional. If you enter them, the AI can share them when callers ask “Are you on Instagram?” or “Where can I see your work?”

Representative

  • Name — The name of the person who represents the business (usually the owner). This may be used in email signatures and AI responses.
  • Title — Their job title (e.g. “Owner”, “Managing Director”, “Head Stylist”).

Additional Details

  • Year Founded — The year your business started. The AI can mention this when callers ask how long you have been trading.
  • Coverage Distance — How far you are willing to travel (e.g. “20 miles”, “Greater Manchester area”). The AI uses this to let callers know if they are within your service area.

Re-scan Website Button

Click Re-scan Website to have the system crawl your website again and pull in any new or updated information. This is useful if you have recently updated your website with new services, pricing, or opening hours.
Re-scanning will not overwrite any fields you have manually edited. It only fills in fields that are currently empty. Your manual changes are always preserved.

Saving

Click the Save button at the bottom of the page to save all your changes. A green notification will confirm your changes were saved successfully.
After saving, your AI receptionist uses the updated information immediately on the next call. There is no separate sync step needed for business profile changes — they go live as soon as you save.
