Managing Your Notifications

Go to Settings > Notifications in the left sidebar to control what notifications you receive and how.

Notification Types

Call Alerts

Get notified when a call comes in or is missed. Choose SMS, email, or both.

Lead Alerts

Get notified when your AI captures a new lead (name, phone, email, or service request).

Appointment Alerts

Get notified when a new appointment is booked, rescheduled, or cancelled.

Billing Alerts

Get notified about payment confirmations, failed payments, and plan changes.

How to Change Your Preferences

Go to Notifications

Click Settings in the sidebar, then Notifications.

Toggle each notification

Each notification type has toggles for Email and SMS. Turn on the ones you want and turn off the ones you do not.

Save

Click Save Preferences at the bottom. Your changes take effect immediately.
We recommend keeping Lead Alerts and Appointment Alerts on by email at minimum. These are the most time-sensitive notifications for most businesses.

Marketing Emails

There is a separate toggle for Marketing Emails (product updates, tips, new features). Turning this off will not affect your operational notifications like call and lead alerts.

SMS Notifications

To receive SMS notifications, make sure you have a phone number saved in your Account Settings page. If no phone number is on file, SMS toggles will be available but notifications cannot be delivered.
SMS notifications are sent to the phone number on your account, not your AI receptionist’s number. Update your personal phone number in Settings > Account.

Team Notifications

If you have team members, each person controls their own notification preferences from their own account. There is no way to force notification settings on team members — each person chooses what works for them.
