5-Step Onboarding Wizard

When you first register as an agency, you will be guided through a 5-step setup wizard. You can also access it later from the sidebar if you skipped any steps.

Brand Your Agency

Upload your logo (light and dark versions), set your brand colors, choose a font family, and write a welcome message that clients see when they log in.

Choose Your Plan

Subscribe to Starter (299/mo),Growth(299/mo), Growth (599/mo), or Enterprise ($999/mo) based on how many clients you plan to onboard. Enter your payment details to activate your subscription.

Add Your First Client

Create a sub-account with the client’s business name, email, trade/industry, and phone number. The system generates temporary login credentials you can share with them.

Assign an AI Assistant

Configure the client’s AI receptionist — choose a voice, set the greeting, and either apply a knowledge template or build a custom knowledge base.

Go Live

Provision a phone number for the client, verify everything works with a test call, and activate the account. Billing starts when you click “Go Live."
"Go Live” starts billing immediately. Make sure the client’s AI assistant, phone number, and knowledge base are all configured before you activate.
