Board View vs Table View
You have two ways to look at your leads. Switch between them using the toggle at the top of the page.Board View
Drag-and-drop columns. Perfect for a quick visual overview of your pipeline. Great on desktop.
Table View
Searchable, sortable list. Better for finding specific leads or working through a long list. Great on mobile.
The Five Columns
Every lead sits in one of five columns. Drag a lead card from one column to the next as you work with them.| Column | What It Means | Example |
|---|---|---|
| New | Just came in. You haven’t looked at it yet. | Someone called about a boiler repair 10 minutes ago. |
| In Progress | You’ve made contact or sent a quote. | You called them back and discussed the job. |
| Qualified | They’re serious and ready to book. | They’ve agreed on a price and want to schedule. |
| Won | Job booked or completed. Money in the bank. | Appointment confirmed, deposit paid. |
| Lost | They went elsewhere or stopped responding. | No reply after 3 follow-ups. |
Drag to move a lead
Click and hold any lead card, then drag it to the column that matches its current status. The change saves automatically.
Temperature Badges
Your AI receptionist scores every lead automatically based on the call. You’ll see a coloured badge on each lead card.| Badge | Temperature | What It Means |
|---|---|---|
| 🔴 HOT | 80-100 | Ready to buy now. Call them back immediately. |
| 🟠 WARM | 60-79 | Interested but needs a nudge. Follow up today. |
| 🟡 COOL | 40-59 | Might be shopping around. Worth a follow-up this week. |
| 🔵 COLD | 0-39 | Low intent or just asking questions. Check in later. |
How Lead Scoring Works
The AI looks at 7 factors from the call to calculate each lead’s score:- Urgency — Did they say “emergency,” “ASAP,” or “today”? Higher urgency = higher score.
- Service match — Does the service they need match what you offer?
- Budget signals — Did they ask about pricing without flinching, or are they price-shopping?
- Timeline — Do they want something done this week or “sometime next year”?
- Decision authority — Are they the homeowner/decision-maker, or calling on someone else’s behalf?
- Contact completeness — Did they provide their name, phone, email, and address?
- Engagement — How long was the call? Did they ask detailed questions?
Lead scores update automatically. You never need to calculate anything yourself. The AI does it all during the call.

How often should I check my lead board?
How often should I check my lead board?
At minimum, check it every morning and every evening. HOT leads should be contacted within 5 minutes if possible — businesses that call back within 5 minutes are 21x more likely to win the job.
What if a lead calls back again?
What if a lead calls back again?
The AI recognises returning callers automatically. Their existing lead card gets updated with the new call details rather than creating a duplicate.
Can I add leads manually?
Can I add leads manually?
Yes. Click the + New Lead button at the top of the board to create a lead by hand — useful for walk-ins, website enquiries, or referrals that didn’t come through a phone call.
How do I delete a lead?
How do I delete a lead?
Open the lead detail panel and click Delete at the bottom. This is permanent and cannot be undone. If you just lost the job, move the lead to the Lost column instead — that way you keep the history.
