What Are Campaigns?
Campaigns let your AI receptionist make outbound calls to a list of contacts automatically. Instead of you picking up the phone to chase leads or ask for reviews, your AI does it for you. Common uses:- Appointment reminders — reduce no-shows
- Review requests — ask happy customers to leave a Google review
- Special offers — let past customers know about a promotion
- Lead follow-ups — call back leads who enquired but did not book
Outbound campaign calls use your included plan minutes, just like inbound calls.
