Applying a Template to a Client
Select a template
Click on the template that matches your client’s industry. Preview the articles included.
Click 'Apply Template'
The template articles are copied into the client’s knowledge base. Existing articles are preserved — templates add to, not replace.
Creating Custom Templates
If you serve a niche industry not covered by the built-in templates, create your own:- Go to Agency Portal > Knowledge > Templates
- Click Create Template
- Enter a template title and description
- Add articles with:
- Title — the article heading (e.g., “Emergency Service Pricing”)
- Category — one of 12 categories (services, hours, pricing, policies, FAQs, etc.)
- Content — the full article text
- Click Save Template
Custom templates are private to your agency. Other agencies cannot see or use them.

The Knowledge page shows a gap analysis across all your clients:- Missing categories — which clients are missing articles in which categories (services, hours, pricing, etc.)
- Low confidence articles — articles the AI is not confident about (usually auto-scraped data that needs verification)
- Intelligence scores — a 0-100 score for each client based on weighted category coverage
- Services: 20%
