Client List Page

Navigate to Agency Portal > Clients to see all your sub-accounts. The page includes:
  • Search bar — find clients by name, email, or phone number
  • Status tabs — filter by All, Active, Suspended, or Pending
  • Health score badges — color-coded indicators showing each client’s operational health
  • Download Report — export a PDF with calls, leads, and revenue per client
Client health scores update daily at 2:00 AM ET. See Analytics & Health Scores for how they are calculated.

Adding a New Client

1

Click 'Add Client'

Open the Add Client dialog from the top-right of the Clients page.
2

Fill in client details

Enter the following:
  • Email — the client’s login email
  • Business name — displayed in their dashboard
  • Trade/Industry — selects the right AI template (plumber, salon, etc.)
  • Phone number — their existing business phone
  • Plan — which plan to assign the client
  • Send invite email — toggle on to email credentials automatically
3

Copy temporary credentials

After creation, you will see a dialog with the client’s temporary username and password. Use the copy buttons to grab these — they are only shown once.
4

Begin onboarding (optional)

Click Onboard Client to walk through the 5-step onboarding wizard for this client.
Temporary credentials are displayed once after creation. If you miss them, use Resend Invite to send a new set via email.

Per-Client Actions

Click the three-dot menu on any client row to access these actions:
ActionWhat It Does
View DetailsOpens the client’s full profile — business info, AI config, calls, leads
ImpersonateLogs you into the client’s dashboard as them (opens in new tab)
Resend InviteSends fresh login credentials to the client’s email
OnboardOpens the 5-step onboarding wizard for this client
Go LiveActivates the client — billing starts, calls begin
SuspendTemporarily disables the client’s AI receptionist
ActivateRe-enables a suspended client
RemovePermanently deletes the client sub-account
Impersonation is your most powerful tool. It lets you configure the client’s AI, knowledge base, phone, and settings as if you were logged into their account — without needing their password.

Bulk Actions

Select multiple clients using the checkboxes on the left side of the table, then use the bulk action bar that appears at the top:
  • Suspend Selected — disable AI for all selected clients
  • Activate Selected — re-enable all selected clients
Bulk remove is intentionally not available to prevent accidental mass deletion.

Health Score Badges

Each client displays a health badge based on their operational metrics:
BadgeScore RangeMeaning
Thriving80–100Client is active, converting leads, AI performing well
Healthy60–79Performing well, minor areas for improvement
At Risk40–59Declining activity — needs attention
Critical0–39Inactive or misconfigured — immediate action needed
Health scores are calculated from 6 factors: call volume, lead conversion, knowledge base quality, account activity, response rate, and recent usage. See Analytics & Health Scores for the full breakdown.

What “Go Live” Means

When you click Go Live on a client:
  1. The client’s AI receptionist starts answering calls
  2. The client’s AI becomes fully operational
  3. The client gets full dashboard access
  4. Their phone number becomes active
Go Live is irreversible. You cannot “un-live” a client — you can only suspend them, which stops calls but does not reverse any charges.
